Good morning! Right now it's about 11:15am and I'm eating my breakfast/lunch. I heated up 4.1oz of leftover chicken, some leftover broccoli, and leftover green beans.
3pm: At 2pm I had half of a protein shake, I have training in an hour so it's time to get ready for that!
5:15pm: I got home from training not too long ago. Another successful session at The Unit!

7:15pm: At 6:55pm I started eating dinner, I heated up some leftover chicken drumsticks and steamed some broccoli and brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 3.6oz.
