Day 90: Thursday Weigh In

Happy first of the month! For breakfast at around 9:30am I had a protein shake. So today is weigh in and I'm kind of nervous, I can't believe I lost this much weight.

1:50pm: I got home from training not too long ago. I really pushed it today.

Weights:

Squats:
145x6
150x6x2 +10lbs from 10/25

Lunges:
75x6x2 no increase

Glut-ham bench:
12x2 thin red resistance band no increase

So I was really excited to be out of the 240's and into the 230's this week. Turns out I crushed it, I don't know how but I weighed in at 235lbs today. I'm a little nervous because 5lbs in a week is a lot but my BMI was and still is no doubt pretty high, so it could be normal. 

 
Christmas time is looking pretty good right now. New clothes, here I come!
On that note, I'm gonna go get food. I'm so hungry right now.

5pm: So for lunch today I went to Fuddrucker's with Erik. I ate at around 2:30pm. I got a 1/2lb burger without the cheese and bun. I just stacked it with lettuce, tomato, onions, a few banana peppers, and ketchup. Afterwards I got a vanilla chai from Dunks, THEY'RE SO GOOD!



7pm: Right now I'm eating my dinner. I made steak with sauteed mushrooms and steamed asparagus. My steak portion was 4.3oz.
