Day 101: Monday

Hello! Sorry for such a late update, it's around 1:10pm right now. I got up this morning at around 7:40 and had a protein shake at 8 for breakfast. At 11am I had an ounce of almonds while I was at work.

4:20pm: I got home from training not too long ago. Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of chia seeds.

Weights:

Bench:

135x2 no increase, I don't know what happened this week.

Incline bench:
100x6
100x5
100x4 no increase

Standing dumbbell press:
30x6
31.5x6x2 +1.5lbs from 11/5

Dips:
Thick grey band thin black band
x6
Thick grey band
x6
Thick orange band
x6 down 1 small band and 1 thick band size 


7:30pm: At 7pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made coconut ginger seared salmon with sauteed asparagus and steamed bok choy. The salmon was pretty decent for my first time making it, but I need to tweak a few things. My salmon portion was 4.6oz.
