I'm 23 years old and I was overweight for most of my life, until now. I started my diet on July 30th, 2012 and reached my goal weight of 180lbs on June 13th, 2013.
I'm on a modified Paleo diet.
This was my attempt and success at losing weight.

Day 114: Sunday
Good morning! At 9am I had 2 eggs over hard and steamed brussells sprouts for breakfast.
2:40pm: At 12:30pm I had a protein shake.
7:15pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! I made cod, asparagus, and mushrooms. My cod portion was 4.9oz.
