Good morning! At 8:30am I had a protein shake for breakfast.
11:20am: I got in the door from training at around 11am, right now I'm eating my lunch. I heated up some leftover collard greens, 2.8oz of chicken, steamed broccoli, and zucchini/summer squash from last night.
Weights:
Squats:
155x6x2
157x6 +7.5lbs from 11/1
Lunges:
80x6x2 +5lbs from 11/1
Glut-ham bench:
12x2 no resistance band, I just tried to touch the ground when going back. I'll have to post a video because it's hard to explain.
So, this week I thought I was going to have a little trouble with my weight because last Friday Claude, CJ, and I got a $90 sushi boat. I was wrong, I weighed in at 232 today. That's 3lbs down from last week. WOOOO!
1:20pm FRIDAY: I removed the video of me squatting and added it to today's post because I have my old one now too!
7pm: At around 2:30pm I had a smoothie from Jamba Juice, I got it light. I think it only had 270 calories or some crap. It was good.
I started eating at 6:45pm, I tried to make meatloaf tonight with brussells sprouts and mushrooms. My beef portion was 5.1oz. I burnt the brussells sprouts but whatever, food is food!
