Day 104: Thursday

Good morning! At around 8:30 I had a protein shake. I have training at 10 so I'm getting ready for that right now.

11:20am: I got home from training too long ago, woo!

Weights:

Squats:
160x6
162.5x6
165x6 +7.5lbs from 11/8

Lunges:
82.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 11/8

Glut-ham bench:
12x2 no increase

I decided to make a little video of what I meant last week when I said "I just tried to touch the ground when going back." I'm trying as hard as I can to eventually be able to reach the ground. Don't make fun of me flailing! It's hard to do for me haha.


WEIGHT TIME! So I don't know what it is but every week I go in on Thursdays thinking I'm not going to lose any weight and I get all stressed out about it. I guess the stress is worth it because I'm down to 228lbs this week. Shawn took a picture of me on the scale from a different angle this week, I feel like it's a lot easier to take than me trying to fit the whole scale in the shot while I'm on the scale.

12:45pm: Right now I'm eating lunch. I heated up some leftover chicken and cauliflower, then steamed some brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 4.3oz.


6:50pm: For dinner tonight I made steak, sauteed mushrooms, and steamed broccoli. My steak portion was 4.3oz.



9:30pm: At around 7:30 I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with some friends to hang out. I didn't get any food because I had already eaten, but I did get a Coors Light.
