Good morning! Right now it's 9:15am and I'm eating my breakfast. Today I made two eggs over hard and some steamed brussells sprouts.
6pm: At around noon I had a protein shake, then at 4pm I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp chia seeds.
7:30pm: I'm eating dinner right now. Tonight I made grilled chicken breast, sauteed summer squash, and steamed brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 5oz.
