Day 100: Sunday

Good morning! It's 9am and I'm drinking a protein shake for breakfast, I'm going to leave shortly for work.

I can't believe I've been writing on this thing for 100 days, time flies when you're losing weight! :D

So yesterday I was at Macy's and Levi's were on like super sale or some marketing ploy, and since Courtney has been telling me to get a pair of pants I figured I'd try one. Now before I started losing weight, my waist was a 44-46, I wore 42's below the waist like a hoodlum though. I tried on a 38 which was the biggest they had and I didn't think I would fit into them, but I did, surprisingly well too! I was really excited about that, so excited that I went and bought myself a full outfit... even though I'm not where I want to be yet. At least I can have something to wear until I get to my goal weight that isn't super baggy on me!

2:30pm: I'm just getting in from the gym. At around 12:30pm I had an ounce of almonds while I was at work. I just finished eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese as well. 

6:45pm: I just finished cooking not too long ago, and now I'm stuffing my face! Tonight I sauteed some summer squash, steamed some brussels sprouts, and grilled some chicken breast. My chicken portion was 3.4oz.
