Good morning! Right now I'm eating two eggs over hard with some steamed brussells sprouts for breakfast. I've been eating brussells sprouts a lot lately, I probably wouldn't be if they weren't so easy to cook!
4:10pm: At 12 noon I had a protein shake for lunch and at 3pm I had a half protein shake for a little snack.
7:30pm: For dinner tonight I made pulled chicken, steamed broccoli, and sauteed zucchini/summer squash. I was pretty hungry, my chicken portion was 4.6oz. I ate at 7pm.
