Day 118: Thursday Weigh In '120 Day' Mark

8:30am: Good morning! So today marks my 120 days spent training and dieting, I'll be taking photos of my progress after my workout. Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.

11:35am: What a workout! Right now I'm eating my lunch, I heated up some leftover chicken legs and steamed some brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 3.6oz.

  
Weights:

Squats:
175x6x3 +5lbs from 11/22

Lunges:
82.5x6x2 no increase

Glut-ham bench:
12x2 +6 overall from 11/22

So since Thanksgiving was last week, I thought I wasn't going to lose much/any weight this week but I was wrong once again! I weighed in at 222.5lbs but let's call it 223lbs. That's 3 down from last week!


I'll have my progress photos up later hopefully!

4:05pm: At 2pm I had a caramel mocha iajegiwrkpfaccino from Starbucks.

7:30pm: Right now I'm eating dinner, I made steak and steamed broccoli. My steak portion is 5.7oz. I decided to treat myself a little. :P



I know a lot of people are busy and don't have time to read the whole thing so from now on I'll be posting a TL;DR (Too long; didn't read) at the end of each day's post.

TL;DR: Protein shake for breakfast. Made increases in all lifts at the gym. Lost 3lbs. Took my 120 day progress photos. Had chicken/brussells for lunch. Got a coffee from Starbucks. Had steak and broccoli for dinner.
