Day 106: Saturday

Good morning! At about 9am I had a protein shake for breakfast. I'm about to head out for work, I'll probably end up having another shake at around 12.

1:40pm: I had my protein shake at noon like I said I would! Today I have training because I have an internship meeting on Monday, so I had to reschedule some things. 

3:45pm: Back from training! 

Weights:

Bench:
135x6
135x4
135x2 no increase

Incline bench: 
100x6x3 no increase

Standing dumbbell press: 
35x6x3 +3.5lbs from 11/12

Dips:
Thick orange band
x6 x3 x5  


I just made myself some chicken and brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 3.6oz. 



9am Sunday: Last night Courtney and I made beef macadamia, sauteed broccoli, and steamed bok choy. My beef portion was 4.3oz.
