Good morning! Right now it's 10:20am and I'm eating 2 eggs over hard with some brussells sprouts for breakfast!
4:20pm: At 2pm I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
My workout was great today!
Weights:
One arm rows:
65x10x2 no increase
Pull-ups:
1 thick black band 1 thick gray
x10 x10 +3 overall from 10/31
Deadlift:
175x6x2 +2.5lbs from 10/31
Hammer curl:
70x6x3 no increase
7pm: At around 6:45pm I started eating dinner. Tonight I made pulled chicken (same way I make my tacos) with steamed broccoli and sauteed summer squash/zucchini. My chicken portion was 4.6oz.
