Day 94: Monday

What a day today has been so far! I got up at 5:40am for work, had a protein shake around 6am. Then at 9am I had two eggs over hard from a breakfast place near my job. At 12:15pm I had another protein shake. After training I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

Weights:

Bench:
135x5
135x4x2 +5lbs from 10/29

Incline bench:
100x6x3 no increase

Standing dumbbell press:
30x6x3 no increase

Dips:
Thick grey band thin black band
x10x10x10 +1 overall from 10/29

8:25pm: For dinner tonight I made grilled chicken and brussells sprouts, then served them with a 1/4 slice of avocado. My chicken portion was 4.5oz.
