12pm: At 11:15am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.
2:20pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.
5:20pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.
8:35pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
