Day 473: Wednesday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

11:50am: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.
 

Weights:

Bench:

160x3

Incline dumbbell bench: (After the flat bench my shoulder started to ache like it did last week.)
100x6
100x4

Dips:
x6 x3 

7:20pm: At 7:15pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with some sriracha and steamed green beans.


9:30pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
