Day 467: Thursday

11:30am: Good morning. At 9:55am I had my preworkout shake.
At 10:55am I had my postworkout shake.
At 11:25am I had 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.


Weights:

Squats:
210x4x2 no increase

Leg press:
410x6
420x6 +10lbs from 11/7

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
250x10
270x10 +30lbs from 11/7

Glut ham raise:
No weight
x8 x8 no increase

3:50pm: At 2:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


5:25pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some sriracha and steamed green beans.


9:10pm: At 8:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
