8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
11:30am: Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed cauliflower.
4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.

175x1 no increase
Incline bench:
135x6
145x4 no increase
After I did 185 on the bench, my shoulder didn't feel good. I went through my inclines but decided I should stop because my shoulder was starting to hurt.
7:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some sriracha and steamed green beans.
9:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
