Day 464: Monday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

1:10pm: At 11:35am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4:05pm I had my postworkout shake.
Right now I'm having 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.

9:10pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
