Day 462: Saturday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

2pm: At 11:30am I had 6oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.



Weights:

Overhead press:
80x6
90x6 no increase

Lateral raise:
40x8x2 no increase

Barbell shrug:
190x8x2 +10lbs from 10/26

Palm-up wrist curl:
50x8
50x6 +5lbs from 10/26

Glut ham sit up:
x15 x15 no increase

5:45pm: So tonight I'm going out to dinner at around 8pm. I wanted to make sure I got my protein for the day so right now I'm eating 2oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans. 


11pm: Oh man, what a night! So at around 8:30pm I had some mofongo with rice and beans.


Afterwards I had some hot chocolate.
