Day 458: Tuesday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

11:50am: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


3pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


6:10pm: At 5:45pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with some sriracha and steamed green beans.


10pm: At 9:20pm I had a MRP protein shake.
