Day 457: Monday

8am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


1pm: At 11:10am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.

Barbell curl:

7:10pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans and some sriracha.


9:05pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
