8am Monday: So I didn't eat too good yesterday. At 7:30am I had 4oz of chicken with an egg and some steamed green beans.
At 10:30am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
At 1pm I had chili, dip, chips, a bunch of crap. Definitely not a good day for eating.
