8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
1pm: At 11:30am I had 5oz of chicken with a tsp of flax seed oil and some steamed green beans.
2:40pm: Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some sriracha and steamed green beans.
8pm Saturday: So yesterday I went into Boston with my friend Erik and we split a chicken bacon ranch pizza, then I had some Count Chocula cereal.
