Day 480: Wednesday

8:20am: Good morning. At 8:15am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


11:45am: At 11:35am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.


4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had a my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had a postworkout shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.

150x2 no increase

Dips:
x6 x5 x6

7:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5.3oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.
