12:15pm: At 11:30am I had 5oz of chicken breast with some steamed green beans.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4:05pm I had my postworkout shake.
At 4:35pm I had 33g of white rice with 3oz of chicken breast.
