Day 451: Tuesday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

11:45am: At 11:35am I had 2 cans of tuna with a tsp of mayo and some steamed cauliflower.

  
2:50pm: At 2:35pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.



5:45pm: At 5:35pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some sriracha and steamed green beans.


8:40pm: Right nwo I'm having a MRP protein shake.
