1:10pm: At 12:05pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some sriracha and steamed cauliflower.
4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.
