3:15pm: Right now I'm eating 2 cans of tuna with a tsp of mayo and some steamed green beans.
9:10pm: At 6:20pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
