Day 448: Saturday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans for breakfast.


12:50pm: At 11:40am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 1 tsp of flax seed oil and some steamed green beans.




7:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had a can of tuna with 40g of white rice.


Weights:

Overhead press:
90x6
90x4 no increase

Lateral raise:
50x6x2 no increase

Barbell shrug:
180x8x2+5lbs from 10/19

Palm-up wrist curl:
45x6x2 no increase

Knee to elbows:
x15 x10 no increase

At 7:15pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


9:20pm: At 9:15pm I had a MRP protein shake.
