Day 446: Thursday

11:30am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.


Weights:

Squats:
195x4
197.5x4x2
200x4 no increase

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
220x10x2 +10lbs from 10/17

Glut ham raise:
x12 x8 +2 overall from 10/17

8:20pm: So I didn't eat again until around 3:40pm. I went to the last Salem Farmers Market and had some cookies, ice cream, and some whey for protein. ;)
