8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
1pm: At 11:45pm I had 2 cans of tuna with a tsp of mayo and some chopped celery.
4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 40g of white rice with a can of tuna.
7:10pm: At 7pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some okra that my mom made.
10pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
