Day 442: Sunday

8:35am: At 8:30am I had 2 cans of tuna with some green beans and a tsp of flax seed oil.



  
1:25pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some leftover zucchini, summer squash, and celery.




3:45pm: At 3:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.



9:10pm: At 6:15pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some cauliflower.



At 9pm I had a MRP protein shake.
