Day 441: Saturday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

2pm: At 1pm I had vegetarian ramen with no noodles.


9pm: So I've been coming down with a cold lately, today was a little off diet-wise. 
At 2:45pm I had an apple.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
80x6
90x3 no increase

Lateral raise:
50x6x2 no increase

Barbell shrug:
175x8x2 +5lbs from 10/12

Palm-up wrist curl:
45x6x2 no increase

Knee to elbows:
x15 x10 no increase

At around 5:30pm I had a schnitzel sandwich.


At 8:30pm I had some butternut squash soup that had zucchini, summer squash, and celery in it.
