12:15pm: Hey! I had to go to work really early this morning so at 5:55am I had a MRP protein shake.
At 9am I had 2 cans of tuna with 1 tsp of flax seed oil and some steamed green beans.
Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
8am Saturday: I had various snacks yesterday between when I got to NH at around 2pm and when I had dinner at 6:45pm.
At 7pm I had some thai lo mein with chicken.
