8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
12:05pm: Right now for lunch I'm eating 2 cans of tuna with a tsp of flex seed oil and some steamed cauliflower.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.
