1:10pm: At 1pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
4:05pm: Right now I'm eating a salad that I made with some spring mix, 4.7oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold, some tomato, and cucumber.
7:10pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of steak cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
9:30pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
1:10pm: At 1pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
