8:05am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
12:30pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
10:30pm: At 2:55 I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Weights:
Overhead press:
95x2 (Wasn't feeling it today I guess.) no increase
Lateral raise:
40x6
50x6x2 +10lbs from 10/5
Barbell shrug:
170x8x2 +5lbs from 10/5
Palm-up wrist curl:
42.5x6
45x6 +2.5lbs from 10/5
Knee to elbows:
x15 x11 +2 overall from 10/5
At 6:30pm I went to the Topsfield Fair with Courtney. I had a turkey leg and shared an apple crisp.
