8:20am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
1pm: So I ended up having to work later than I usually do, causing me to be late for my meal 12pm meal. Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
4:10pm: At 4pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
7:10pm: At 7pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
10pm: At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
