Day 429: Monday


8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

12:05pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some cauliflower.


4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Lat pulldown:
Straight bar

185x6x2 no increase
V bar
182.5x6x2 no increase

Deadlift:
320x4
322.5x2 +2.5lbs from 9/30

Barbell curl:
90x6x3 +5lbs from 9/30

8:30pm: At 7:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some okra.



9:30pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
