8:20am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
12:05pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
4:45pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Palm-up wrist curl:

9:15pm: At 7:45pm I had a 1/2lb burger from Fuddruckers without a bun or cheese, I made a burger salad!
