7:55am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
12:50pm: At 10:15am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
At 12:30pm I had a salad with 4oz of chicken, tomato, feta, cucumber, olives, and onions.
10:15pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
At 6pm I went and got burgers with Courtney and some friends. I got an 8oz burger with muenster, tomato, aioli, and avocado.
At 7:45pm I had a frappe.
