8am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
12:10pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with 1/4 of an avocado and some steamed cauliflower.
3:10pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
7:10pm: So earlier I realized that some of the chicken I had cooked had gone bad. In my panic, I decided that I should have tuna instead of a MRP protein shake. At 6pm I had 8oz of tuna with some steamed cauliflower and a tsp of Mayo. It actually wasn't that bad.
9:50pm: At 9:20pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.
