10:20am: At 10:05am I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans and 1/4 of an avocado.
1pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
4:30pm: At 4:25pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
7:30pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
1pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
