8am: Good morning. I woke up a little earlier than I usually do on Thursdays and didn't want to work out fasted so right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
11:35pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

10:40pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some avocado and steamed green beans.
At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
11:35pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
