Day 444: Tuesday

8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

12pm: At 11:45am I had 2 cans of tuna with a tsp of Mayo and some chopped celery.

2:35pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked with a tsp of Kerry Gold and some steamed green beans.


6pm: At 5:50pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


9:10pm: At 8:45pm I had a MRP protein shake.
