11:30am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 35g of white rice with a can of tuna.

2:50pm: At 2:30pm I had two cans of tuna with a tsp of flax seed oil and some steamed green beans.
5:30pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
9pm: At 8:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.
