Day 419: Friday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

5:40pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


At 2:15pm I kind of made a mistake and had some granola then chocolate. I'm baaaaaaaaaaaad. :(
