Day 418: Thursday

11:30am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Weights:

Squats:
195x4x3
200x3 +10lbs from 9/19

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
180x6
180x8 +25lbs from 9/19

Glut ham raise:
5lb dumbbell
x6 x4 +5lbs from 9/19

3:20pm: At 2:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


At 3pm I was feeling hungry still so I ate an apple.

5:40pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


 9:40pm: At 9pm I had a MRP protein shake.
