Day 416: Tuesday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

12pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


3pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


9:20pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


At 9:15pm I had a MRP protein shake.
