Day 415: Monday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


2:20pm: At 12:15pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Weights:

Lat pulldown: (Switched from pull-ups)
Straight bar
180x5
180x6
V bar
170x6
175x6 no increase

Deadlift:
300x4
315x3 +15lbs from 9/16

Barbell curl:
80x6x2 +5lbs from 9/16


7:50pm: At 7:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter and some steamed green beans.


9:40pm: At 9:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
